This is a full-time continuing position with a salary in the range $89,861.38 - $96,402.32 (HEW 6), plus a generous superannuation allowance of up to 17%.

About This Opportunity This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Student Enrolments team, with a focus on Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) Compliance.
Under the guidance of the Manager and Coordinator, Student Enrolments, you will oversee staff, manage workloads, and provide high-level support for a range of student and academic administration matters.
You will also maintain accurate student administrative information within relevant corporate systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the development of standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with government and regulatory reporting processes.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ESOS Compliance team, managing workloads, leave, and staff performance.
Develop and maintain processes for reviewing and managing information accuracy in University databases, websites, and publications.
Analyse and interpret data, produce metrics and reports, and undertake quality assurance processes.
Liaise with staff in Schools, Faculties, and other units, as well as external stakeholders.
Provide high-level support for the implementation of policy and procedural changes.
Work with the Manager to identify and implement business process improvements.
About You Demonstrated experience in student administration within higher education or similar settings, with familiarity with University policies, procedures, and regulations, and ESOS legislative frameworks.
Strong organisational skills with demonstrated ability to work autonomously, prioritise tasks, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail under competing deadlines.
Experience in leading a small team, while fostering collaboration and flexibility, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Advanced digital literacy and proficiency in Microsoft software, databases, and websites.
Well-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively, handle sensitive and confidential matters, and negotiate effective outcomes.
You must have unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this appointment and may be required to complete background checks including criminal history and education checks.
