Based at our Melbourne, Burwood Campus Full-time and fixed term to 31 December 2024 HEW 6 $89,012 - $96,126 (with 4% increase applicable from 1 July 2024) + 17% Superannuation (pro rata, part time)

As a Senior Officer, School Executive Support you will: Manage administrative processes to ensure the seamless operation and responsiveness of the Head of School's office Provide specialised administrative support to the Head of School, including diary management and strategic contributions Implement specific projects and events, such as developing new processes, coordinating visitors, organise School meetings and events, and handling strategic submissions. Maintain systems and records, contribute to report preparations, facilitate school-wide communication, and undertake general administrative tasks. Coordinate various HR processes , including recruitment, contract management, performance reviews, academic promotions, honorary appointments, compliance training etc. Immerse yourself in secretariat support and coordination , contributing expertise to committees and regulatory functions within the dynamic School. Engage in process improvement activities , ensuring smooth operations by adhering rigorously to established work instructions, procedures, and policies. To be successful, you'll have: A Degree with subsequent relevant experience; or Extensive experience and specialist knowledge in administrative fields; or An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training. Experience in administration, executive services and related activities in a large organisation with complex administrative structures, policies and procedures. Experience in operating in a high-pressure diverse environment, involving face to face, phone and written issue. Project or Events management experience.
