Ongoing Full-Time About the Role: The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities.
In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to lead and mentor a dedicated team of therapists, providing high-quality occupational therapy services to clients with intellectual disabilities. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing evidence-based interventions, promoting independence, and enhancing the quality of life for our clients.
As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plansCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic careProvide expert guidance and mentorship to junior therapistsAdvocate for client-centred care and promote inclusivityParticipate in continuous professional development and research initiativesTo be eligible for this position, you must hold an appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which entitles registration as an Occupational Therapist with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia.
