About the role
This position is funded under the state-wide Pathways to Community Living Initiative (PCLI), a coordinated state-wide approach to supporting people with enduring and serious mental illness who have experienced, or are at risk of, long hospital stays to re-establish their lives in the community.
This team sits within the community of Orange which facilitates access to a broad range of clinical and non-clinical services to enable people to establish, re-establish or reclaim a hopeful and meaningful life in the community.
