About the RoleManage an allocated workload to deliver Occupational Therapy services, including assessment, intervention, and evaluation within an interprofessional team in accordance with established clinical & departmental protocols, policies, and procedures, utilising evidence-based practice and ethical standards under clinical practice supervision or professional guidance of more senior staff.
Liaise and work effectively in a professional manner with clients and their carers, other health professionals, students, and external agencies to achieve a client-centred approach, utilising negotiation and conflict resolution skills as required.
Continually develop clinical practice knowledge, skills, and expertise through self-directed learning, active learning within a team environment, and engaging in professional development activities, including participating in the performance appraisal and development plans.
Demonstrated high level of knowledge, expertise, and skill in delivering Occupational Therapy clinical services to patients within the Cancer and Renal services.
