About the role: You will have high trust and responsibility for the dealership, but more importantly, for our most valued clients. Actively following up on customer queries and anticipating their needs. Understand and identify customer interests, needs, and buying criteria. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products. Drive sales, upsell and meet monthly targets. Maintain data history on our software system. Delivering vehicles. Providing post-delivery support. Demonstrating our values and supporting behaviours.
