What you'll do: As a Senior Network Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the communications infrastructure. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include planning, implementing, and maintaining voice and data communication services with a focus on maximum availability and operational performance. You will be working extensively with technologies such as Cisco and Meraki for routing, switching, SD-WAN, wireless and RF engineering. Additionally, you will manage VoIP & telecommunications while maintaining virtual & physical firewalls. Your role will also involve optimising service excellence to ensure smooth operations.

With more than two years of experience as a senior network engineer, you have honed your skills in configuring and maintaining VOIP and networking/communications infrastructure. Your understanding of emerging technologies in the communications sphere is robust, including areas such as data centre, cloud, WAN, VOIP and wireless. Your excellent troubleshooting/problem-solving skills are matched by your advanced operational knowledge of networking systems and software covering both Local Area Networks (LANs) and Wide Area Networks (WANs).
Bachelor's degree in IT-related discipline with 8+ years of industry experienceMore than 2 years of experience as a senior network engineerExtensive experience in the configuration and maintenance of VOIP and networking/communications infrastructureStrong understanding of emerging technologies in the communications sphereAdvanced operational knowledge of networking systems and software covering both Local Area Networks and Wide Area NetworksAboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
