This role involves delivering high-quality technical solutions, maintaining customer relationships, and providing mentorship to technical staff.
This role will involve working within the Operations Team to design, implement and support secure and reliable networking and security solutions for a wide range of clients through our various services including Professional Services, Consulting, Managed Services and Staff Augmentation.You will work in a fun, collaborative team environment amongst other engineers to ensure successful delivery of high-quality enterprise solutions.
This a full-time, permanent role based initially at our Head Office in North Plympton and will include a variety of remote work as well as onsite work at client sites.
You'll work side by side with our Service Delivery Manager, Project Manager and Solution Architects to deliver impeccable technical solutions to our clients.If you're passionate about technology, possess strong leadership skills, and thrive in a high-integrity, collaborative environment, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding and exceeding their needs.Deliver top-notch technical solutions and services to customers.Seek opportunities for improvement within customer environments.Resolve technical issues with persistence and thoroughness.Provide support to customers, ensuring SLA targets are met.Maintain ownership of incidents and escalations at client sites.Adhere to billable target KPIs or escalate as necessary.Assist the sales team in managing the client base effectively.Identify areas for service delivery and project management improvement.Create and maintain documentation in accordance with Hastwell standards.Maintain customer environments in alignment with Managed Services agreements.Support the Service Desk function and mentor junior staff.Provide 24x7 on-call services as per the roster.Stay updated on customer technical environments and industry trends.Adhere to internal standards, including the ITIL framework.Assist in designing, scoping, and quoting for projects.Maintain accurate records of work, including timesheets and ITSM tickets.Plan, coordinate, and implement network changes and life-cycle management activities.Enhance the performance of existing systems.Collaborate on Service Improvement Plans and other efficiency initiatives.Are you the ideal candidate?Our values come first!
