This is a permanent, full-time, on-site role.
Key Responsibilities:
Service : Oversee NDIS operations and day-to-day management, ensuring high standards and effective support arrangements. Develop and implement individualised support plans, assisting participants with plan comprehension and choice of support options, while liaising with families and stakeholders.
Business Development : Develop and execute strategies to grow the NDIS business, identifying opportunities for expansion.
Relationship Management : Serve as the primary contact for NDIS participants and providers, managing inquiries professionally and maintaining positive relationships.
Financial : Ensure accurate billing, cash collection, and timely debt collection for patient services, while reviewing and reporting on NDIS service performance.
Quality : Ensure efficient support delivery systems and maintain the company's quality framework, accreditation standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
IT : Maintain accurate patient files in compliance with NDIS guidelines and report IT issues to the Support Centre.
Health and Safety : Ensure workplace health, safety, and welfare by adhering to company policies, conducting risk assessments, developing safeguard strategies, and promptly reporting hazards.
Key Requirements:
Provide empathetic and energetic service with professionalism.
Foster teamwork, maintaining trust and integrity.
Possess strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
2+ years' experience in NDIS Support Coordination.
Hold relevant qualifications and pass compliance checks.
Willingness to travel as required.
