We currently have key site-based leadership positions for experienced and proven Senior Mobile Maintenance Supervisors looking to further their careers towards the Superintendent level. Use your excellent leadership skills and proven mechanical aptitude to play a pivotal part in the maintenance department, and ensure day to day activities are executed in line with the maintenance strategy. Reporting directly to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will work with a diverse team across a surface fleet of mobile mining equipment.

About you: You will possess a dedicated maintenance background with:
Strong experience managing work groups to optimise mechanical maintenance processesExperience working on truck and shovel fleetsIn depth understanding of breakdown and preventative maintenance is critically important.Eagerness to develop your leadership skills and have the drive to step up in to more senior positions in time.Unwavering commitment to safety and ability to communicate with and motivate a teamAbility to prioritise tasks and deliver to tight deadlinesWhat the role is offering: An attractive salary and benefits package will be negotiated with a rare day shift only, even time roster is on offer for the right candidate, BIBO, DIDO and FIFO options are available.
