About Migration SolutionsMigration Solutions founded Global Adelaide and the Global Australia Initiative, an Australian not-for-profit organization, which is currently working with key industry and government stakeholders on beneficial regional migration reform. This includes evidence-based research on current and future workforce needs and the distributional impact of beneficial regional migration reform compared with the current highly skilled lifetime fiscal contribution methodology. Most recently, this work includes the ongoing development of a regional 407 pilot program which includes transformational opportunities to train participants from marginalized communities and provinces in the Indo Pacific. Global Adelaide is based on Global Detroit in the US.
We are leaders in contemporary Australian immigration advice and assistance and for over 23 years, we have delivered strategic immigration advice, assistance, and guidance to businesses (local and international), key industry sectors, sporting teams and organizations, Government, and individual visa applicants. We currently have a team of 10 registered migration agents across our offices in Brisbane and Adelaide, and are working in partnership with Thomson Geer, a major national Australian law firm enabling Migration Solutions to continue to build our national footprint and client base.

Migration Solutions Advisory is a full-service migration firm. We provide migration advice, consulting, and advocacy services to support corporate, government, and business employers to build and sustain a skilled and experienced workforce. Founded in 2001, we offer a comprehensive suite of migration advisory and global mobility services, with a national and international client base.
Our clients include defence, agriculture, mining, construction, hospitality, education, medical and health services, research institutions, government, and state and territory agencies. As each business or industry sector we assist has different workforce requirements, we tailor our services to achieve the best outcomes. This ranges from consulting on the implications of state and federal immigration policy on future workforce planning, employee engagement and retention, to planning immigration pathways to meet workforce requirements for specific skills or positions.
Migration Solutions has led industry research into migration and migration policy and reform, working closely with industry and government. We participate in committees and advisory groups and support state and national industry associations with migration advocacy on policy reform. With over two decades in the migration profession, we have developed strong relationships with state and federal government departments, politicians, ministers, key industry sectors, and business leaders.
The RoleThis incredibly unique and rewarding role involves working alongside our CEO, Mark Glazbrook who commenced working in the migration profession 27 years ago. Mark has been a registered migration agent for 24 years, founded Migration Solutions in 2001, and is a former state president and national director of the MIA. Mark regularly speaks at industry events on visas, immigration, and immigration reform, regularly talks about migration in the media, and is a passionate advocate for beneficial regional migration reform.
This is a senior migration agent role which has a direct pathway and opportunity to progress to a Migration Manager role.
