You will have had at least 5 years as a Planner, with a proven background in managing a retail business through challenging trading conditions to show profitable growth.

This opportunity will require the following skills and experience:
Extensive experience within a fast-paced planning environment, coupled with demonstrated ability in managing & achieving relevant financial KPI's such as Sales, GP $'s & %, Stockturn, Closing stock, GMROI's & Aged Stock.
Proven experience in analysing historical data and current trends to identify risks and opportunities by category & make strategic recommendations.
Post-season Analysis & seasonal strategy reviews to capitalise on missed opportunities by market.
Assortment and range planning alongside the product team.
Excellent communication & collaboration with all key stakeholders, partners, and functions, to develop and communicate a comprehensive strategy that aligns future financial and product opportunities.
Budgeting by category, by week coupled with in-season management.
The ability to analyse and re-forecast actual sales to plan, whilst managing inventory levels, markdowns, and profit.
Width vs.
Depth analysis, Core program plans, Size analysis & Store grading.
Influence and strategically collaborate with all key stakeholders to ensure the area achieves, grows and exceeds all KPI's.
Develop, build confidence and coach direct reports to achieve performance expectations and individual career goals.
