Senior Mechanical Engineer opportunity with OEM providing innovative engineered and aftermarket parts to the Resource sector across Australia and the globe. With over 30 years of experience and a broad customer base in the Mining and Minerals Processing industry, this company values innovation, passion, quality, and strong relationships.About the role:Lead the mechanical design process for new products, ensuring design specifications and performance requirements.Validate designs against industry standards and safety regulations.Contribute to the development of standard procedures for model design, design basis, standard product design, and project documentation.Participate in design reviews and risk assessment processes.Support product verticals contributing to the development of design bases, standard product design, and project documentation.Support stakeholders, procurement, and service teams.This could be for you if you have:Bachelors or masters in Mechanical Engineering.10+ years post-qualification experience.Experience in SpaceGASS, Inventor, AutoCAD, and other CAD tools.Strong understanding of industry standards and safety regulations.Experience working collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams with bulk material handling equipment.High level of attention to detail.Excellent communication skills.Please hit apply to send your CV and feel free to call Daniel Finster on 08 9220 4638 to discuss further in confidence.
