Senior Mechanical Engineer

We are currently seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer with Discrete Element Modelling (DEM) experience to join our client's Perth office working on a number of significant projects.

Some skills and experience required include:
7+ years' experience in the mining sector.Familiar or Proficient using Rocky DEM software.Ability to develop concept material transfer designs.Undertake site visits to liaise with Clients and develop scopes of work.Review existing problematic transfers and develop solutions.Interact with other engineering disciplines, identifying inputs required.Experience with typical material handling systems and equipment (conveyors, transfer chutes, stackers, reclaimers, train load out etc).Needs to be an articulate communicator with a positive attitude.Degree in Mechanical Engineering discipline.
