The Senior Marketing Manager – Retention will beresponsible for developing and executing strategies to retain our existingcustomers and increase customer loyalty. The ideal candidate will have adeep understanding of customer behavior, exceptional analytical skills, anda track record of delivering successful retention campaigns. Responsibilities: Develop and execute retention strategies to increase customer loyaltyand reduce churn rate.Analyze customer behavior data and identify trends to inform retentionstrategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns acrossvarious channels, including email, push notifications, and socialmedia.Design and execute A/B tests to optimize campaign performance.Monitor retention metrics and provide regular reporting tostakeholders.Work closely with product and customer service teams to ensure aseamless customer experience. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a relatedfield.Experience from Big B2C Services like telco, online, retail,entertainment, airline, fintech and financial services would be ideal10 – 15 years of experience in marketing, with a focus onretention.Strong analytical skills and experience using customer behavior data toinform marketing strategies.Leadership experience – you are a proven leader. You know how tolead, motivate and get the best out of people and you love leading from thefrontExperience developing and executing retention campaigns across variouschannels.Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiplecampaigns simultaneously.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
