Job Description The key responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:
Develop and execute a 5-year portfolio strategy, aligning brand positioning and identifying market opportunities for growth.Drive financial performance, market share, and in-market execution, ensuring strategic prioritization and ROI-focused investments.Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging digital strategies and consumer insights to enhance brand equity and sales.Steer new product innovation, guiding packaging design, and leading cross-functional teams for successful launches.Mentor and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration, professional growth, and stakeholder alignment.The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will possess:
