About the roleWe are looking for a versatile, forward-thinking and commercially minded Senior Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is critical to the management of our promotional activity and our customer lifetime value goals as we continually look to improve our conversion and upsell metrics.
Reporting to the CMO, this individual will help take our growth to new levels with innovative, effective campaigns (both ad-hoc and ongoing) across our key product streams to drive growth across core business metrics.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Strategically leading and mentoring a Campaign Marketing team, ensuring consistent development, collaboration, and achievement of pivotal milestones.Create and project manage quarterly plans for growth, including monthly revenue targets, partnering with design, product and sales teams to support, plan and optimise initiatives.Translate the brand voice and vision throughout all marketing and digital touchpoints, including copy, assets, creative, content and audience targeting.Oversee the planning and execution of communications in paid, owned and earned channels across the consumer journey.Overseeing lifecycle marketing initiatives, understanding customer segments, and planning targeted campaigns to engage users throughout their journey with Lawpath.Building and managing relationships with partners, sponsors and publishers to deliver effective co-marketing campaigns with measurable ROI.Develop meaningful relationships across business functions (Design, Sales, Operations, Product, etc) to effectively lead marketing initiatives across the business and ensure alignment with company-wide objectives.Analysing and managing reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, drawing actionable insight and aligning outcomes with revenue targets within marketing budgets.Supervising and optimising marketing budgets to deliver a balance between short and long term growth.To be successful, you will need:5+ years in a Marketing Manager or equivalent position with previous experience in marketing strategy development, people management and end to end campaign management across multiple channels.A proficiency in project management, brand governance and meticulous attention to detail.Great communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across departments.A proactive and strategic mindset, the ability to pragmatically approach problems and always look for growth opportunities.A passion and willingness to understand the challenges faced by end customers, enabling you to meticulously craft customer activations and product launches.Experience within a startup environment where marketing is defined as revenue generation.
