Reporting to the CMO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the multi-channel marketing plan, including always-on and campaign activity, influencer and media partnerships. You will lead a small team to deliver incredible content and creative assets, ecommerce and lifestyle photoshoots, and other key brand marketing initiatives. Solbari also works with a range of external agencies, and you will take the lead on managing these relationships and related output. This is an amazing opportunity to learn from a talented and engaging leader and join a fast-growing business at an exciting time!Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver to Solbari's marketing strategy across all customer touchpoints, focusing on brand storytelling, engagement, and customer acquisition.Lead, mentor, and inspire the Brand Marketing team to achieve both day-to-day and long-term goals.Develop, implement, and manage the Marketing Calendar to meet growth and brand targets, ensuring the successful execution of campaigns and promotional activity.Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns end to end, from brief through to delivery, coordinating with the marketing team and graphic designer to produce and distribute assets and communications across owned and paid channels.Manage brand campaign media planning and relationships with external agencies, ensuring advertising budgets and schedules are optimized.Leverage behavioral insights and analytics to improve marketing performance and maximize ROI.Communicate and champion Solbari's brand vision internally and externally, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.Manage the successful development and delivery of content creation (including lifestyle and ecommerce photoshoots) that elevates the Solbari brand and engages our customers.Develop strategies to grow Solbari's customer base, improve retention rates, and enhance the customer experience across all channels.Stay current with industry trends, advocating for innovative practices and new opportunities to enhance marketing strategies.Skills & ExperienceMinimum 6+ years of brand marketing experience, ideally within an eCommerce brand.Proven leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and inspire a marketing team.Hands-on experience in fast-paced environments (e.g., startups or smaller businesses), with the ability to make creative and commercial decisions.Demonstrated ability to develop and execute impactful marketing strategies and campaigns.Strong analytical skills, with experience in consumer insights and research.Strong stakeholder management, organizational, and project management skills.A proactive, driven, and energetic attitude, with a passion for innovation and finding new ways to communicate the brand message.Strong understanding of consumer behavior and a customer-centric approach to marketing.Culture and BenefitsYou will be part of a B Corp certified, high-growth organization, and work day-to-day with a friendly and collaborative team.
