In this role, you will report to and collaborate closely with the Head of Growth and Retention, leading and managing a talented team of three marketing specialists.
You will be responsible for delivering impactful adviser marketing initiatives that drive significant growth within the adviser segment.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the team of marketing specialists Create and execute adviser marketing strategies that drive demand and increase market share Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align initiatives with business objectives Partner closely with the Sales team to provide resources, content, and events that empower engagement with adviser prospects and clients Lead the development of strategies to engage advisers at every stage of the customer journey through personalised and automated campaigns Oversee adviser sponsorship, events, and webinars.
Track and measure their performance, conducting PIRs Leverage analytics to monitor key performance metrics and marketing ROI Provide regular reporting to senior leadership, using insights to identify optimisation opportunities Ensure compliance with audit, legal, and regulatory requirements in adviser marketing strategies while maintaining technical knowledge to support program implementation About you: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B growth and retention marketing strategy, sales enablement, nurture journeys and event management.
