Not many B2B marketing teams regularly beat top B2C companies in both creative and effectiveness awards, but ours does and this is the talented and high-performing team you will be joining. Leading the digital and direct marketing execution, you will be primarily responsible for leading Indviduals and small teams to drive successful marketing and brand campaigns for Signet to optimise awareness, engagement, conversion and revenue.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will:
Lead a results-driven, collaborative approach to our digital & direct marketing and brand campaigns
Utilise data, reporting and insights to inform decisions and campaigns
Lead, develop and grow a small, high performing team
You are ideal for the role, if you:
Be able to demonstrate results achieved through digital & direct marketing and brand campaigns, including awareness, engagement, conversion, and revenue
Have proven technical skills involved in digital / performance marketing including digital advertising, search, and social marketing in a B2B environment
Have strong leadership skills and previous success leading, mentoring and inspiring a small, high-performing team
Be a strong collaborator and able to engage a range of stakeholders to achieve outcomes
