Overseeing, developing, and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth within the B2B sector. The Head of Marketing oversees all marketing functions, including digital marketing, email, analytics, and campaigns. The Head of Marketing will play a pivotal role in positioning Localsearch as a frontrunner in its industry, thereby contributing significantly to our long-term business success.Multi-channel Lead Generation: Develop and implement targeted B2B marketing initiatives specifically aimed at generating leads across various channels. Focus on optimising lead acquisition and nurturing processes to maximize conversion rates and sales opportunities within a B2B context.Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution: Create and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies encompassing a wide range of activities for customer acquisition and revenue growth. Manage the execution of B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring they are well-targeted, measurable, and aligned with overarching business goals.Marketing Centre of Excellence (COE): Oversee all marketing functions, including advertising, email marketing, conversion rate optimisation, and analytics. Lead a team of specialists in each area of marketing, ensuring alignment and cohesion across all marketing efforts both internally and with external partners.Account-Based Marketing: Execute marketing initiatives tailored to segments of specific accounts throughout the customer journey, including cross-sell, upsell, and loyalty. Developing always-on campaigns to maintain engagement and drive continuous customer value at different parts of the customer journey.Brand Management: Oversee the delivery of our brand positioning and tone of voice to implement our brand's identity, values, and messaging across all B2B marketing activities. Ensure brand consistency and integrity in all marketing communications.Sales & Marketing Alignment: Collaborate closely with the sales team, and Chief of Sales to align marketing and sales efforts.Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to adapt strategies as needed. Enhance marketing attribution capabilities to deliver and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).Team Leadership: Cultivate a culture of excellence and mentorship, leading and nurturing a high-performing marketing team to achieve collective success.Stakeholder Collaboration: Ensure seamless alignment of marketing objectives with broader business goals through communication and collaboration with key stakeholders.Who are you & what will you bring?Demonstrated experience in a senior marketing role within a B2B environmentDemonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growthDemonstrated skillset in project management and the ability to work across multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.Ability to develop a strategic vision for the marketing function, aligning it with overall business objectives.
