The role
We're looking for an experienced and highly organised Senior Marketing Manager to own the execution of comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for Global Trading and Market Data. You will have responsibility for initiating and executing ongoing go-to-market campaign strategies with Global Trading and Market Data audiences along with the development of integrated campaigns employing an effective mix of tactics, including advertising, collateral, direct marketing, events, social media, and video. Strategic thinking, execution capabilities, leadership skills, and creativity are required for this role.
Some of the awesome things you'll be involved with Strategy development - Contributing to the development and implementation of effective marketing strategies and plans that align with Global Trading and Market Data business objectives and brand positioning.Campaign management - Overseeing the planning, development, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, content marketing, events, and traditional media.Events - Planning, coordinating and executing marketing events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and engaging with target audiences, as well as evaluating event success and provide recommendations for future improvements.Content development - Overseeing the creation and curation of high-quality content, including blog posts, white papers, case studies, videos, and social media posts and ensuring content aligns with the brand voice and resonates with the target audience.Performance analysis and budget - Monitoring and analysing the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Using data-driven insights to optimise marketing efforts and improving ROI.Stakeholder collaboration - Collaborating with cross-functional teams across different regions (EMEA and APAC), including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives, as well as building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and agencies.Team leadership - Leading, mentoring, and developing one marketing team member who will report into you, fostering their professional growth and ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed. What you will bring Experience in marketing or communications, within financial services or technology is advantageous.Tertiary education in business, marketing, or communications.Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with various stakeholders including design, product and sales teams.Strong time management and organisational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.Proactive and self-driven, with a willingness to take initiative and grow within the business.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Pardot), GA4 and data visualisation tools such as Looker would be considered favourably.
