This position leads the planning, strategy and delivery of B2B marketing activity across the large fleet space (ADM managed) and the SME space, maximizing direct acquisition, engagement (lifecycle) & retention of SMEs and developing a lead pipeline for sales for larger opportunities.There is an opportunity to assess current initiatives and develop new strategies to deliver on business goals. The Motoring Ancillary products form a critical part of our offering and driving their performance in a cost-effective way is essential for success.It is a fast-paced and multi-faceted role, needing great stakeholder engagement across all levels, agency management experience, and a strong collaborative attitude. The role includes monitoring performance metrics, optimizing strategies based on data insights, and ensuring seamless brand alignment. The position plays a critical role in building and maintaining the wonderful culture at the NRMA.This is a hybrid role working 3 days per week in the office or as required in Sydney Olympic Park or Barrack Place, with our team day currently on Thursdays from Sydney Olympic Park and the rest from home.
