Join our team as Senior Marketing Communications Manager and take charge of shaping our brand voice, driving customer engagement, and leading innovative campaigns. Spearhead our marketing strategy and oversee the marketing function. You will manage both internal and external communications, ensuring stakeholders—including employees, customers, investors, and the market—are engaged, informed, and inspired. As a leader in our organisation - you will actively foster brand evangelism, execute communication strategies that resonate, and drive revenue growth. Management and Delivery of Strategic Communications : Ability to deliver impactful, cohesive communications across multiple audiences including: investors; customers; partners; PR. Digital Expertise : Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools to craft impactful online campaigns and a track record of delivering measurable results and exceeding targets in marketing campaigns. Brand Stewardship : Demonstrated success in managing brand positioning and ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms. Analytical Mindset : Experience using data to optimize marketing strategies and improve business outcomes. Innovative Leadership : A modern leadership style that fosters creativity, collaboration, and growth within your team. DELIVERING THE GOOD, STRIVING FOR THE GREAT Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Management and Delivery of Strategic Communications : Deliver impactful, cohesive communications across multiple audiences (internal/external) including investors; customers and partners. Marketing Strategy : Develop and execute a marketing strategy, collaborate with internal stakeholders to penetrate new markets and drive customer retention. Customer Engagement : Lead initiatives that ensure memorable customer experiences through thought leadership, value-added services, and customer-centric communications. Brand Management : Champion our brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels and driving brand awareness and reputation in key markets. Digital Marketing : Oversee digital efforts, including SEO/SEM, social media, and online advertising, to boost lead generation and customer acquisition. Product Marketing : Collaborate with product teams to launch new products and features, while communicating clear value propositions to our customers. Content Strategy : Lead the creation of compelling content that engages our audience and supports lead generation. Marketing Analytics : Use data-driven insights to measure campaign effectiveness and continuously optimize marketing efforts. Leadership : Inspire and lead a diverse marketing team, driving collaboration, accountability, and continuous professional growth. This also includes management of external marketing partners.
