An industry Australian leading retail brand is seeking a CRM and Membership Lead to play a pivotal role in a national loyalty program and data transformation initiative.

As part of a new membership program team, this role will drive advanced data solutions, leveraging a state-of-the-art Customer Data Platform (CDP) to enable sophisticated customer insights and engagement.

The Role:
We're looking for a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist to drive strategic planning, implementation, and optimisation of automated customer communications.
This role will enhance the CRM program through personalised, cross-channel campaigns that foster loyalty and deepen customer connections.
The specialist will work across departments to develop, execute, and track end-to-end campaigns, advancing communication processes with automation and segmentation.
Key Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design and manage CRM campaigns across email, social, and digital channels, optimised for customer engagement and conversion.Communication Planning: Develop a communications roadmap with targeted messaging for product promotions.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with digital, marketing, and IT teams to align campaigns with business logic and data insights.Performance Optimisation: Analyse and optimise conversion and engagement metrics, using a test-and-learn approach.Project Management: Lead timelines, stakeholder coordination, and creative deliverables to ensure smooth campaign execution.About You: Experience: 5+ years in marketing automation, ideally in retail/consumer industries, focused on CRM and customer journeys.Technical Skills: Proficient in automation, CDP/CRM platforms, HTML/CSS, and customer segmentation.Analytical: Skilled in using data insights to enhance engagement and campaign results.Project Management & Communication: Strong project leadership, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communication.Cultural Fit: Collaborative, adaptable, and results-oriented, with a "bias for action" in a fast-paced, non-hierarchical setting.Key Benefits: CBD Office location with a hybrid working modelReal training and development opportunitiesEmployee product discountsPaid parental leaveEAP SupportIf this role sparks your interest please contact Juliette at ****** for a confidential conversation.
