The Role: We're looking for a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist to drive strategic planning, implementation, and optimisation of automated customer communications.
This role will enhance the CRM program through personalised, cross-channel campaigns that foster loyalty and deepen customer connections.
The specialist will work across departments to develop, execute, and track end-to-end campaigns, advancing communication processes with automation and segmentation.
Key Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design and manage CRM campaigns across email, social, and digital channels, optimised for customer engagement and conversion.
Communication Planning: Develop a communications roadmap with targeted messaging for product promotions.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with digital, marketing, and IT teams to align campaigns with business logic and data insights.
