What this opportunity involves: JLL is seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing & Operations Manager to join our Capital Markets team in Victoria for a 12-month maternity leave cover – the target start date being 25th November 2024. This pivotal role will be the main point of contact for all department activities, working closely with the Head of Capital Markets – VIC.
The role involves managing end-to-end commercial marketing campaigns across a variety of asset classes, driving regular strategic initiatives to enhance team presence, liaising with suppliers and stakeholders, as well as overseeing the team's financial operations. The position requires a solution-focused and creative mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a strong culture.
An overview of the role: Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns for high-value propertiesOversee marketing collateral creation, including information memorandums, EDMs, and online listingsDrive strategic initiatives to boost team presence and innovation in the marketManage financial operations, including deal tracking and budget managementCoordinate client events and networking opportunitiesEnsure efficient team processes and implement technological tools for improvement Sound like you?
