Senior Marketing and Communications Advisor Public Sector Commission

We are looking for a creative marketing and communications all-rounder to join our Communications and Engagement team at the Public Sector Commission (PSC).
In this role you will contribute to the delivery of communication and engagement strategies that support and enable our public sector workforce to deliver even better services, advice and outcomes for Queenslanders. You will work across and manage our social and digital platforms, including LinkedIn and Vision6, to support the goals and strategic objectives of the PSC.

As a Senior Marketing and Communications Advisor, you will:
• Provide communication and engagement strategy, advice, implementation and evaluation to support delivery of whole-of-sector workforce and Queensland Government employment brand initiatives.
• Develop and implement the social media and email marketing strategy and manage content calendars, social scheduling and eDM platforms, copywriting and creative outputs.
• Manage marketing and brand activities for the PSC.
• Be a strong copywriter and editor who can provide content to suit a range of audiences and platforms (social, digital and corporate).
• Be a trusted advisor to the PSC who can develop productive relationships with internal stakeholders and other agencies.
