Job DescriptionYour New Role Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Senior Marketing Advisor will play a key role in crafting and executing Development Victoria's strategic marketing plan to support organisational tactical marketing and sales objectives across its residential housing portfolio.
Core Accountabilities Deliver the strategic marketing plan which supports the organisational tactical marketing and sales objectives.Provide input into media planning including the development of briefs, research, audience data and sector insights that help influence media recommendations.Manage, analyse and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive increased awareness, traffic, engagement and lead conversion.Compile and analyse data to report on the performance of marketing campaigns across owned, earned and paid channels relative to key projects.Contribute to the delivery of the customer experience strategy including collateral, signage, sales office fit out, customer/sales consultant interface and site presentation.Drive continued improvements and look for innovative approaches in how we reach, engage, build and convert audiences.Utilise the Customer Relationship Management system to deliver direct marketing campaigns.Oversee content management relative to marketing projects, ensuring content supports the marketing plan, sales objectives and broader Development Victoria positioning.Provide input and guidance to Marketing Advisors in the implementation and execution of the marketing strategy, ensuring timely and quality delivery of workflows and outcomes.Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain knowledge and to enable contribution to quality project outcomes.Desired Skills and ExperienceAbout You This is an exciting opportunity to channel your existing Marketing experience into supporting a values-led organisation with a committed team delivering positive outcomes for the Victorian community. You have the following skills and experience:
