In this key role, you'll leverage your extensive maritime engineering experience to enhance our portfolio and drive innovative solutions for diverse projects.The OpportunityLead technical design for various maritime engineering projects.Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers.Offer responsive maritime technical advice to clients.Represent Arup in internal and external meetings, showcasing our expertise.Manage complex projects, ensuring resource planning and adherence to quality standards.Is this role right for you?Minimum 8 years of experience in maritime and coastal structure design, with a strong knowledge of relevant standards.Proven ability to foster strong client relationships and promote a collaborative team environment.Chartered status with Engineers Australia or equivalent.Experience in leading multi-disciplinary project teams and developing junior talent.Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.What we offer youAt Arup, we care about each member's success, so we can grow together.Guided by our values, we provide an attractive total reward package that recognises the contribution of each of our members to our shared success.
