Position OverviewThe position of Senior Manager - Claims will see you responsible for:
Leading a team of 6-7 Team Managers and up to 70 in the entire team.Managing the relationships between my client and their clients from a claims perspective.Engaging, developing, and coaching large-scale teams.Identifying process improvements and efficiencies.Demonstrated SkillsYou will be able to demonstrate:
A sound technical understanding of the NSW workers compensation scheme.Experience in leading large teams and team managers.A supportive and engaging leadership style.Excellent client stakeholder management skills.Exceptional communication skills.Change management experience.An understanding of both psychological and physical injuries within the workers comp framework in NSW.RewardsYou will be rewarded with:
