Are you an experienced FS Professional within Trustee Operations, with a passion for driving excellence and innovation?
Location: Sydney CBD | Financial Services, Trustee Company.

About the Role:
As the Senior Manager, Trustee Operations, you'll oversee critical daily operations in our Retail and Corporate Trustee services. This role requires a seasoned professional with at least 5 years' experience in trustee operations who is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You'll work closely with the CEO and key stakeholders, providing operational support and implementing strategies to enhance our services.

We need a confident leader with:
Expertise in trustee operations: At least 5 years in the field, ideally within financial services, a custodian or a similar regulated industry.Organizational savvy and communication skills: Someone who can work comfortably within a collaborative and client-focused environment.A hands-on, can-do attitude: Ready to take on complex challenges with a solutions-oriented approach.What You'll Do: Lead and support the trustee operations team to ensure efficient service delivery.Drive innovation and operational improvements, working alongside senior leaders to shape the future of our trustee services.Uphold our commitment to excellence, client-centric service, and teamwork, contributing to a positive and supportive work culture.Why Join Us?
