Senior Manager | Transaction and Account ManagementOur market-leading Specialised and Asset Finance business operates globally with a focus on providing bespoke leasing, secured debt and equity solutions to clients in a range of sectors including mining/resources, transportation and energy/utilities. Our Sydney based team is looking for a Transaction and Account Manager to support the deal execution and post-execution lifecycle management of SAF's portfolio of specialised and structured financing. You'll be part of a friendly and supportive team where everyone - no matter what role - contributes ideas and drives outcomes.What role will you play?Join our Transaction and Account Management team, where you will play a key role in coordinating and managing the settlement of new transactions. Your role will involve implementing process and system solutions for effective management, monitoring, and reporting through to maturity. A strong passion for problem-solving, you will continuously seek process improvements and serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring premium service and smooth transaction settlements.Additionally, you will be involved with reviewing legal and supporting documentation for system accuracy (LoanIQ, Oracle Lease Management), managing transaction lifecycles, and providing monthly portfolio reports to internal stakeholders. You will also build key relationships across origination, legal, risk, and support teams.What you offerPrevious experience in either loan operations or financial servicesAbility to collaborate across the team, working to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPrior experience with Loan IQ and Oracle Lease ManagementStrong organisation and communication skillsExcellent attention to detailWe love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us.
