We're creating a stand-alone Talent function focussed on the attraction of diverse and talented people who will enhance RAA's capabilities to meet our needs now and into the future.
About the role Reporting to our Chief People Officer, the Senior Manager Talent will be part of the P&C Leadership Team, who together lead our business unit to bring to life RAA's vision and purpose for our People Strategy.
In this key leadership role, you'll be charged with the strategic thinking that will develop a future talent strategy, alongside a strong focus on strategic workforce planning to ensure we have the right people in the right roles to meet our future needs. Your expertise will shape our Employer Branding and Employee Value Proposition; to enable us to continue to attract top talent and ensure we remain among the strongest employer brands in South Australia.
As P&C resets, you'll be able to help shape how your team delivers for the business and interacts across P&C, with their scope including:
Providing end to end talent acquisition support to leaders Providing specialist talent advice to the broader P&C team Designing and implementing early career programs Developing and managing candidate talent pipelines Driving internal mobility and career pathways Understanding retention data to inform future talent strategies About you You are a motivated leader who thrives in managing complexity and navigating ambiguity within a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You will think strategically, execute operationally and make data driven decisions. You will be a natural collaborator, whose communication approach means people feel heard and understand the why. Importantly, you'll thrive as a people leader – someone who motivates and inspires your team and builds their confidence and capability.
To support your team to deliver, you will be calm under pressure, you'll have an adaptive mindset and strong business acumen to easily connect the dots and deliver insights, and you have deep yet contemporary experience in the talent space. As an integral part of the P&C operating model, broader experience across P&C and/or relevant qualifications will be highly regarded.
