SENIOR MANAGER, STUDENT HUB STUDENT LIFE MOUNT LAWLEY/JOONDALUP/ECU CITY and SOUTHWEST SALARY $153,630 ONGOING, FULL TIME Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager for the Student Hub, responsible for leading a dedicated team across multiple university campuses. This role focuses on delivering high-quality information and support services to students and staff, ensuring a seamless and positive student experience.
Key responsibilities include: Providing strategic direction and governance for all operational activities.Managing risks related to enrolment, course advice, and student progression.Offering expert advice to university executives on complex issues.Leading change initiatives to enhance service delivery.Fostering stakeholder relationships and supporting academic needs.Overseeing budget management, operational planning, and resource allocation.Promoting a diverse and inclusive team culture.As the role has staff across multiple campuses, there is a requirement to travel between metro campuses and periodically to the South West campus.

Benefits & Remuneration
This full-time, ongoing position attracts remuneration of $153,630 plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
