Your Opportunity
In this pivotal role, you'll lead and inspire a committed team as they work to shape the future of ageing and disability services. As the driving force behind Meridian ACT's Ageing & Disability Programs, you'll manage high-quality services that empower users with choice, control, and peer-led support.
You'll build relationships with community stakeholders, ensuring that culturally safe, inclusive care is at the heart of every initiative. This role also presents the exciting challenge of identifying growth opportunities, seeking additional revenue streams, and influencing policy. From preparing for sector-wide changes to upholding compliance and quality standards, your leadership will leave a lasting impact on both Meridian ACT and the communities we serve.

What We're Looking For:

A leader with a heart for social justice, equity, and LGBTIQA+ advocacy.
A strategic thinker with a proven track record in NDIS, MyAgedCare, and government health programs.
Experience in managing complex contracts, budgets, and funding applications.
Strong interpersonal skills for building partnerships and leading advocacy.
