We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our Restructuring team, based in our Melbourne office, who wants to grow and develop their career in a collaborative and supportive environment.
As part of our Restructuring team, you would be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operational and administrative management of both restructuring and insolvency engagements. We put plans into action that restore stability and deliver value. Partnering with boards, management teams and financiers facing situations of financial distress, we quickly identify root causes, formulate turnaround strategies and implement value-maximising restructures. We advise companies across all industry sectors and business sizes.

What we doAssist with management of projects (including financial management).Apply industry and market knowledge to anticipate, identify and address issues relevant to the client's business.Assist with quality control on projects.Develop the competencies of junior employees by coaching, mentoring and delegating work of a challenging nature.Provide quality service to clients and strengthen relationships.Who you areUniversity Degree in Business or related subject.Full Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand membership (or international equivalent, or nearing completion or have an interest to complete).Demonstrated technical knowledge (ARITA Advanced Certificate or equivalent preferred).Extensive prior relevant experience within financial services, banking or insolvency/restructuring boutique environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong business and commercial acumen.Ability to deal with sensitive matters confidentially and tactfully.What we offer youWe offer a dynamic environment where employees are rewarded for their hard work through our annual bonus program.
