We are looking for a Senior Manager of Recruitment & Student Success to step up and lead our consultative sales activities and services for our university partners. This role requires full-time hours in our great new facilities just off Flinders Street Station. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Implementation: Collaborate with Partnership & Marketing Managers to develop and execute recruitment plans to achieve enrollment targets. Team Leadership: Supervise and coach Recruitment Team Leaders, Enrollment Advisors, Admissions Officers, and Student Success Advisors to meet KPIs and deliver exceptional student experiences. Performance Management: Monitor and analyze team performance, conducting weekly coaching sessions and implementing corrective actions as needed. Multi-Channel Campaigns: Work with the marketing team to plan and execute tailored contact plans to optimize student pipeline progression. Student Support & Retention: Develop and implement personalized intervention plans for high-priority students, coordinating with university faculty and program directors. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data to inform strategic decisions, prepare enrollment forecasts, and report on business metrics. Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, addressing student and staff escalations promptly. Student Success Competencies: Embraces development, welcomes change, acts with agility, and continuously improves. Proactively coaches students regarding expectations and barriers, encouraging persistence in pursuit of study goals. Maintains professional relationships with students, colleagues, and stakeholders. Requirements: Extensive B2C management experience, including inside/telephony and consultative sales. Proven ability to manage a B2C sales funnel and improve KPIs over time. Experience in education or a similar sector, with a strong background in stakeholder management. Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills. Degree or equivalent professional qualifications. Knowledge of the international higher education sector. Creative thinking and customer empathy. Supervisory Responsibilities: Lead a team of Student Support Services and Recruitment Services employees, ensuring high standards and successful retention metrics.
