We pride ourselves on our commitment to innovation and excellence, delivering high-quality projects around the world.We are currently seeking a Senior Manager, Project Logistics who will be responsible for the management of project deliveries and team members in line with project schedules and budgets by leading and collaborating successfully with customers, external suppliers, and internal stakeholders.Due to the team location and business requirements associated with this role, the successful candidate will be based in West Perth, Western Australia.What you will do?Overall leadership and management of the Project Logistics Central and East team with approximately 8 team members.Proactively engage, develop, and lead team members in respective business or geographical areas.Develop aftermarket Project Logistics operations through KPI performance management, resource management, stakeholder management, and cost management.Align operational model and provide support for stakeholders (e.g., Project Managers, Business lines) and be an escalation point for any operational project logistics topics.Be an active member of the Project Logistics leadership team.Plan, manage, and monitor logistics in projects.Select and purchase logistics services according to corporate sourcing rules.Manage shipping and transportation schedules according to project/sales order delivery schedule.Manage and drive service levels received by Logistics Service Providers.Prepare required logistics and customs clearance documentation.Support Customers with customs issues.Monitor and report deviations to logistics budget and project delivery schedule.Manage logistics-related claims.Manage any non-project related miscellaneous shipments.What you will need to succeed?Experience in leading remote teams in an international environment.Experience in leading and mentoring a logistics scope/team with project deliverables.Extensive knowledge of International Logistics procedures in air/ocean freight and domestic transport.Experience in Project Logistics.Strong interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills.Analytical and problem-solving skills.Organization and time management skills.Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.Ability to articulate, engage, and analyze situations, seeking practical solutions to drive positive outcomes.What's in it for you?Extensive learning opportunities - ongoing growth dialogues, internal mobility, mentoring programs, education assistance, ambitious projects, and global opportunities.Wellbeing and safety - benefit from occupational healthcare, generous benefits plan, healthy living rewards, mental well-being services, on-site gym, meal benefits, car/bicycle benefits, and engagement surveys.Annual bonus - global incentive programs tied to business and performance targets.Hybrid working possibilities - while we are big advocates of meeting and collaborating in person, we believe in fostering a flexible work environment.Worldwide support - leverage our network of peers across the world, offering valuable assistance.
