TAFE NSW Life-Changing Careers Senior Manager, Operations & Integration State-wide Opportunity (depending on TAFE NSW campus availability) Temporary Full-time until June 2028 Total Remuneration Package $201,939. About the role We are seeking a dynamic Operations & Integration Manager to lead strategic initiatives at the Manufacturing Centres of Excellence (CoE) for TAFE NSW. In this role, you will drive innovation and continuous improvement in program delivery, ensuring responsiveness to industry needs through flexible delivery modes, including regional and industry partnerships. You will collaborate closely with Education, Strategic Partnerships, and Community Engagement teams to turn insights into action, enhancing student engagement, retention, and completion, particularly for equity groups such as First Nations, women, and CALD communities.
Your strong leadership will ensure the CoE meets strategic objectives, supported by robust reporting and resource management to achieve business goals. If you are passionate about educational innovation and equity, we encourage you to apply.
The successful candidate must be willing to travel as required to other TAFE NSW Campus locations at Western Sydney, Hunter and Illawarra Regions.
About You The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience. Extensive experience effectively developing and implementing operations strategies and/or plans at scale. Extensive experience leading teams and/or engaging with strategic partners to deliver outcomes in an operations or services environment. Extensive experience in overseeing the delivery of innovative teaching and learning strategies in vocational and higher education settings. Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively lead and support teams for successful outcomes. Strategic mindset with the ability to implement research-informed programs across diverse contexts. Proven ability to manage and adapt course delivery in a dynamic educational environment, ensuring responsiveness to ongoing changes and needs. Commitment to fostering high-impact data and technology-driven educational experiences that enhance student engagement, retention, and completion, particularly for key equity groups.
