As our new Senior Manager - Investment Capability Resilience, you will lead the development of our investment capability planning function, ensuring our investment strategies remain resilient and adaptable to growth, market changes, and regulatory shifts.
You'll oversee due diligence frameworks for internally managed investments, focusing on member benefits, efficiency, and superior investment outcomes.Day to day, you'll:Develop and lead Australian Retirement Trust's long-term investment capability strategy.Lead capability enhancement initiatives, including investment process internalisation.Assess and implement due diligence frameworks for internally managed assets.Manage strategic relationships with external partners and stakeholders.Drive cross-functional collaboration across investment teams.Work closely with portfolio managers and other investment professionals to streamline workflows, enhance decision-making processes, and integrate new technologies.This role is a permanent opportunity, based in Brisbane or Sydney.About youIt goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top-notch interpersonal skills.
