Responsibilities: Function as a confidant and strategic business advisor to the Head of Administration. Manage the productivity and functionality of the team to achieve target service level targets. Ensure teams are achieving quality accuracy targets. Identify and champion improvements to continuously enhance quality and accuracy through reduction of incidents. Monitor all service delivery targets ensuring staffing levels are appropriate to meet contracted standards. Ensure client escalations and issues are resolved efficiently and work with Team Leaders to identify improvements. Support monthly client & Insurer forums and participate in performance discussions, including rectification plans. Provide and demonstrate strong leadership to direct reports to drive service delivery excellence. Champion ongoing support and development for Insurance & Claims administration teams. Collaborate with HoA regarding resourcing and recruitment needs. Model a commitment to evolving our risk culture as a differentiator. Own and manage GROW spend with full fiscal responsibility.
