Responsibilities
Function as a confidant and strategic business advisor to the Head of Administration.
Manage the productivity and functionality of the team to achieve target service level targets.
Ensure teams are achieving quality accuracy targets.
Champion improvements to continuously enhance quality and accuracy.
Monitor service delivery targets and ensure appropriate staffing levels.
Resolve client escalations efficiently and work with Team Leaders on improvements.
Support monthly client & Insurer forums and participate in performance discussions.
Provide strong leadership to drive service delivery excellence.
Champion ongoing support and development for Insurance & Claims administration teams.
Collaborate with HoA regarding resourcing and recruitment needs.
Model a commitment to evolving our risk culture.
Own and manage GROW spend with fiscal responsibility.
