We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our Go-to-Market (GTM) Performance and Strategy team. This role is crucial in driving the performance of our GTM plan, evaluating and optimising marketing strategies across all channels. Drawing on their strategy experience, the successful candidate will work closely with the marketing leadership team to provide strategic insights and recommendations that drive incremental commercial performance and delivery of our strategic objectives.
Key Accountabilities: Oversee and drive continuous commercial improvement to the GTM performance operating rhythm.Develop and embed commercial prioritisation frameworks to ensure planning is anchored to highest value opportunities.Deliver Marketing QBR each quarter, including recommendations that will improve the performance of our GTM strategy.Deliver skills development modules and coach the GTM team to improve their commercial analysis.Deliver insightful reports and actionable recommendations to senior leaders.Ensure effective communication and coordination with a diverse range of stakeholders. What do I need? Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills to identify and prioritise actionable recommendations that deliver superior commercial performance.Excellent verbal, written and data visualisation skills to ensure effective communication.Exceptional organisational skills, with proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires navigating competing priorities.Demonstrated ability to work with and influence senior/executive stakeholders.Deep understanding of strategic frameworks and analytical methodologies to solve complex and often ambiguous problems.Understanding of marketing tactics, processes and performance drivers.
