As our Senior Manager, Executive Reward you will support our Head of Performance & Reward to deliver all aspects of BOQ Group's approach to performance and reward for executives and other specified role categories in line with regulatory and legislative requirements, including disclosures and prudential reporting. This role will also lead engagement with BOQ Group's equity plan administrator.
Working closely with the Reward, Governance & WHS team members, this role will manage the design of reward structures, disclosures, equity plans, processes, and procedures including the annual review process for this cohort. It will also support the onboarding and offboarding of senior executives.
Participating in the refinement and management of BOQ Group's executive reward framework this role will also find you engaging with external stakeholders regarding executive reward and equity plan matters, implementing and managing executive variable reward plans, and equity plans. You'll also collaborate with senior leaders across the Group to establish clear performance metrics and targets and assist in the preparation and writing of annual remuneration disclosures and ASX notifications for executives.
You'll also get to put your analytical and problem-solving hat on, researching and conducting market analysis and benchmarking to evaluate the competitiveness of executive reward packages, non-executive director fees, and remuneration approaches for other specified role categories. Additionally, preparing Board and Remuneration committee submissions related to reward and governance for executives and specified role categories will be included in this opportunity.

About you As an experienced Senior Executive Reward professional, you will demonstrate a strong analytical mind, with high levels of problem-solving ability to solve complex matters. You pride yourself on your ability to read, interpret and report on Remuneration data, with the ability to bring complex concepts to life for different audiences. Paired with strong and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, you have the ability to determine and prioritise immediate and long-term goals to deliver to our overall Group strategy.
You describe yourself as a connector, with proven relationship management skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels including the Board, Executive Committee, Senior Leadership Team, the broader organisation, and external parties including industry leaders, organisational bodies, and regulators. You will have a high degree of judgment as to the sensitivity of information and use that judgement to drive outcomes whilst always maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
