The Senior Manager, Customer Communications ANZ, reports to the Director of Communications, ANZ.In this role, you will support the ANZ Communications team by coordinating strategic initiatives, managing rollouts, facilitating collaboration, and improving operational excellence.What you'll doDrive External Communications – Lead customer and partner communications programs to foster strong connections, showcasing the value of Xero and its products to a broad audience.Bridge Teams and Stakeholders – Act as the essential link between the ANZ Communications team, ANZ GTM teams, and key global stakeholders, including Product and Technology Communications, ensuring seamless collaboration and information flow.Simplify Complex Information – Translate intricate product, technical, and strategic concepts into accessible, impactful content for small businesses, accountants, and bookkeepers.Develop Compelling Keynotes – Create engaging keynote content for partner events, such as Xerocon and Roadshow, designed to inspire and inform local business leaders.Lead with Passion and Purpose – Support and motivate team members, enabling them to deliver their best work, and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders across functions.Champion ANZ Communication Needs – Work closely with the ANZ GTM and global functions to advocate for the unique needs of the ANZ business and communications teams, ensuring alignment and representation in global initiatives.What you'll bring with you:Stakeholder Excellence – Proven experience in building strong relationships and engaging with diverse stakeholders across all levels, especially in complex, matrixed environments.Exceptional Writing Skills – A flair for creating clear, engaging, and impactful content that translates technical and strategic messages for diverse audiences, including small businesses, accountants, and partners.Customer-Centric Campaigns – A deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to craft communications that resonate and add value to the customer experience.Commercial & Strategic Acumen – A strategic mindset with a strong grasp of commercial objectives, ensuring communications align with and drive business outcomes.Why Xero?Offering very generous paid leave to use however you'd like (plus statutory holidays!), dedicated paid leave to care for your physical and mental wellbeing as well as an Employee Assistance Program to access mental health care for you and your family, health insurance, life insurance, and income protection, wellbeing and sports programmes, employee resource groups, 26 weeks of paid parental leave for primary caregivers, an Employee Share Plan, beautiful offices, flexible working, career development, and many other benefits that reflect our human value, you'll do the best work of your life at Xero.
