As our Senior Manager Credit Operations and Performance you will report to the Head Of Lending Assessment and will bring your seasoned credit experience with a passion for driving transformation and innovation to a fast evolving and developing team. If you possess strong and well-rounded leadership skills necessary to lead a credit team through cultural change and enhance decision making processes we have the role for you!

As our new Senior Manager Credit Operations and Performance , you will be at the forefront of our efforts to transform our credit operations. Your responsibilities will include, the ability to leading Credit Transformation Initiatives, whereby you will spearhead major credit transformation projects, leveraging your extensive industry experience to implement new lending technologies that streamline processes, enhance efficiency and customer outcomes.

Furthermore, you will drive technology adoption, where you will guide our team through the adoption of cutting edge lending technologies, ensuring successful implementation and integration into our existing systems.

You will also drive cultural change leadership through the responsibility for fostering a culture of excellence within the credit team, focussing on improving decision making quality and consistency. Your Leadership will drive positive change, aligning the team with the organisations strategic goals and ensuring a high level of performance. Lastly, you will bring your high level credit decisioning alongside your extensive Lending Authority experience with you and will play a key role in making critical credit decisions. Your proven track record in high level credit decisioning will be essential in maintaining integrity of our lending operations.

What we're looking for:
Industry Expertise - You have a deep experience in transformation and technology adoption within the lending industry, with a history of successfully leading major initiatives.Leadership in Cultural change - you possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive cultural change and improve the quality and consistency of credit decision making within a team.Lending Authority - You bring extensive experience in high level credit decision, with a proven track record of making sound, strategic credit decisions.Stakeholder Engagement - The ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders with a deep understanding of stakeholders motivation and the ability to find common ground. About you

As our new Senior Manager Credit Operations and Performance , you will bring the following skills : Five years plus in Operational and/or Lending processing leadership roles.Detailed knowledge of banking operations in lending and credit assessment.Extensive leadership capabilities with an ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team coupled with strong people management skills.Experience in structured analysis to address complex business problems and challenges, quantify opportunities, and implement recommendations.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and the ability to build financial models and perform sophisticated analyses in a rigorous manner to drive performance e and efficiencies.Strong industry knowledge on banking credit policies, digital assessment, automation, and digital transformation.Capability to deal with key internal stakeholders at all levels i.e., Executives, Senior Leaders, and staff.Ability to be a good ambassador for the Bank in a variety of external environments.Effective customer and partner experience management and continuous service improvement across a multiple function unit.Proven experience in leading diverse and geographically disbursed teams with successful business outcomes We offer flexible work options that put our people first and a hybrid model of minimum x2 days in a local Head Office p/week
