Are you an experienced leader with a passion for driving performance in financial services? We're looking for a Senior Manager, Equity Plan Solutions to join our team at MUFG Corporate Markets. In this role, you'll lead daily operations and optimize the effectiveness of our Equity Plan Solutions department while delivering enhanced levels of service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Focus Ensure 100% client retention by building strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities.Actively promote MUFG's services to both existing and potential clients, leveraging your deep knowledge of share plans and financial services.Operational Management Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient service in line with plan rules.Manage reporting, billing, and client fees while mitigating business risks through strategic controls.Ensure client invoices are prepared and dispatched on time, and monitor payment status.People Leadership Lead and develop a high-performance team, ensuring the timely delivery of services.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and maintain strong relationships with client company secretaries and contacts.Governance & Risk Ensure the department meets business requirements while promoting MUFG's core values, policies, and standards.Drive continuous improvements, ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards.Manage and deliver internal projects on time, within budget, and to high standards of quality.About You: Experience & Skills Proven people management experience in financial services, with a strong commercial acumen.Deep understanding of financial regulations and Employee Share Plans.Excellent leadership, relationship-building, and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and processes independently.Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to exercise independent judgment.A university degree and/or relevant professional qualifications.Competencies Strategic thinker with a focus on delivering peak performance.Demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships.Ability to lead by example and foster a collaborative, inclusive and high performing team culture.Proactive in continuous development, both personally and across the team.What's it like to work here?
