As part of CSN Customer Needs Crew - Centre of Excellence (CoE), we co-ordinate changes that impact the Customer Service Network (CSN) and help resolve their challenges effectively and efficiently.
We represent and protect the interests of CSN in our role by collaborating with Product Owners, Working With Agile (WWA) Leads, Subject Matter Experts, Support Office and the CSN frontline (Branches). This involves partnering with the Product Owners specifically to ensure that their agreed deliverables are supported with appropriate change activities.
As a Senior Manager Change Delivery, you will work across multiple projects, engage and coach senior leaders who are change sponsors and champions. You will be an expert in communicating and providing guidance to stakeholders on effective change principles and frameworks for managing change.
In this role As a Senior Organisational Change Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a number of key initiatives, as well as representing all people-related initiatives across the Group on behalf of CSN.
Leading the change, business engagement and change strategy for complex change delivery to achieve effective and sustainable change and business outcomes.Develop and execute effective strategies and plans to manage the people impact of proposed changes and projects, including overseeing all related communications, training and stakeholder engagement.Work as a key business partner/advisor and provide responsive, effective, accurate and timely change advice to senior leaders/Product Owners and report regularly on progress and achievement of change outcomes.Lead the development of artefacts, including change impact assessments, change implementation plans, communication plans, stakeholder engagement, business readiness assessments and resistance management plans. Design and develop change collateral as required (e.g. presentations, training materials, communications and reference material).More specifically, you will: Conduct detailed change impact assessments that accurately reflect the change impact, including the impacts on the business, other areas of the Group, associated people risks and how these impacts will be managed.Work closely with Product Owners and WWA leads in an agile environment to plan a comprehensive change management approach to initiatives, developing fit-for-purpose change interventions and solutions that deliver value and maximise change adoption/ embedding.Lead the identification, management and engagement of internal and external stakeholders, as well as resolution of stakeholder people-related risks and issues.Lead change transition and adoption through communications, engagement, coaching, training and tracking metrics, so that changes become business as usual.Report on the effectiveness of the change management discipline and leverage metrics and data to inform continuous improvement opportunities back to the broader Change Management Chapter Area and Practice.Ensure the people-related benefits and risks of the change are well-understood and managed including activities that contribute to post-implementation benefit realisation.We're interested in hearing from people who have: Proven experience in change management roles, preferably within the financial services industry.Strong experience in rolling out organisational change.Stakeholder management - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with and influence stakeholders at all levels, and hold robust, respectful and courageous discussions.Change management experience leading smaller scale change programs or working as part of a change team on medium, or large-scale changes with a focus on Organisational Change.Organisational skills, with a demonstrated ability to achieve deadlines and prioritise effectively.Strong communication skills working with a range of audiences to create a shared vision - including written, verbal and interpersonal communication.Technical expertise across workflow tools e.g. SharePoint Online, JIRA will be a plus.A proactive approach and ability to work autonomously.Risk Mindset - All CommBank employees are expected to proactively identify and understand, openly discuss and act on current and future risks.If this sounds like you, apply now!
