About the role
We are seeking an experienced Change and Business Readiness Manager to support the business to be operational ready for the delivery of key major projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful implementation of transformational programs within our large, complex organisation.
Projects like Cross River Rail are transforming our rail network and operations, enhancing the infrastructure and connectivity of South East Queensland. Join us in delivering this mega program that will serve the community for generations to come.
Day-to-day responsibilities of this role will include
• Lead and manage change initiatives within the operating business to support major projects, ensuring business readiness and smooth transitions.
• Develop and implement change management strategies, plans, and processes.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and buy-in for change initiatives.
• Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations to identify and address potential challenges.
• Facilitate communication and training programs to prepare staff and stakeholders for upcoming changes.
• Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, ensuring they are on track and delivering desired outcomes.

About you
• Proven experience in managing major transformational programs within large, complex organisations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change management efforts in a project-based environment.
• Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools such as Prosci, ADKAR.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably in the rail or transportation sector, is highly desirable.
